KAHIKINUI, Hawaii (Island News) – The third day of the Kahikinui brush fire remains at 93% containment and 330 acres as of 10 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the County of Maui Department of Fire and Public Safety (MFD). Crews continue to work on extinguishing the hot spots and gain full containment.
