Israel has ordered its military to stop a Gaza-bound aid boat carrying Greta Thunberg and 11 others. The yacht, part of a pro-Palestinian flotilla, left Sicily on June 6. Defence Minister Katz warned,

Ms Thunberg, 22, is among 12 activists on board the ship, hoping to 'break [Israel's] siege on the Gaza Strip' with a delivery of humanitarian aid.

Thunberg, a climate activist, is one of 12 activists aboard the Madleen, operated by the Freedom Flotilla Coalition. The activists had planned to reach Gaza's waters by Sunday.

Israel has recovered the body of Thai agricultural worker Nattapong Pinta, abducted by militants during the October 7 attack on Kibbutz Nir Oz and killed in captivity, officials said Saturday. The operation came amid continuing Israeli strikes across Gaza.

Israel has recovered the body of Nattapong Pinta, a Thai hostage kidnapped on October 7th, during a military operation in Rafah. Pinta, an agricultural worker, was killed early in his captivity. This recovery follows the retrieval of two Israeli-American hostages,
