In an escalation of Elon Musk’s fractured relationship with President Donald Trump and his Republican allies, the Tesla CEO has floated the idea of starting a new political party to rival the two-party system.

Elon Musk shared comments made by President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance related to the Los Angeles riots during his ongoing public feud with Trump over the "One Big Beautiful Bill" proposal.

Since they both exchanged back-and-forth jabs, Musk has deleted one of his biggest claims against Trump. Citing no evidence, he accused the president of being in Jeffrey Epstein’s files, a reference to government documents tied to the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender.
