One of Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s biggest investors called for a board overhaul after accusing the company of “continued mismanagement” and “disastrous board-level decisions.”

Victoria’s Secret ( VSCO) will report Q1 results before the market open on June 11, expected to show an adjusted profit of $0.28 per share on $1.41B in revenue, an increase of 133% and 3.6%, respectively, from the same quarter last year.
