SEOUL -- South Korean President Lee Jae-myung gave an order to prevent and punish flying balloons that carry leaflets criticizing the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Lee's office said Saturday.

The Army will celebrate its 250th anniversary with a parade on Saturday, which happens to be President Donald Trump’s 79th birthday. Protests are also expected across the nation.
