President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania got a mixed reception at the Kennedy Center as they took their seats for the opening night of "Les Miserables." There were reports that up to a dozen performers would boycott the performance.

Melania Trump had few words as she walked the red carpet in a rare appearance with husband Donald Trump at the Kennedy Center Wednesday night–made worse when the president appeared to cut her off.Melania was appearing with Trump on a date night to see the revolution and oppression-based musical Les Misérables at the newly MAGAfied Kennedy Centre.

The president and first lady attended a local debut of 'Les Misérables' on Wednesday in Washington, D.C, at the venue he torpedoed and took over in February.
