Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud has provided an update on his health following the first day of minicamp.

Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud threw passes for the first time in almost a month in the opening part of Tuesday's mandatory minicamp practice that was open to the media. The third-year quarterback was kept from throwing in all six of the Texans' OTA practices over the last two weeks because he was dealing with "general soreness" in his throwing shoulder.
