The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office unsealed the criminal complaint charging Vance Boelter with two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree attempted murder.

Minnesota officials said they are searching for Vance Luther Boelter, who was last seen in the Twin Cities area.

Vance Luther Boelter, 57, was apprehended after a two-day manhunt following the deaths of former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and the attempted killings of State Senator John Hoffman and his wife.

Vance Luther Boelter's wife Jenny was taken into custody during a traffic stop in Minnesota, where police found weapons and cash in her vehicle.

The suspect, identified by authorities as Vance Luther Boelter, posed as a law enforcement officer to gain access to the victims' homes.

Vance Boelter, is wanted in connection with a political shooting that killed Rep. Hortman and injured Sen. Hoffman.
