Gov. Ron DeSantis said the state is ready to handle any violence that may happen at "No Kings" protests across the state.

The law does not bar such a driver from being criminally prosecuted, though their defense could be bolstered by Florida’s “stand your ground” law.

"If you throw a brick, a firebomb, or point a gun at one of our deputies, we will be notifying your family where to collect your remains at because we will kill you graveyard dead.
