NEW YORK (AP) — Under cross-examination, Sean “Diddy” Combs ’ ex-girlfriend testified Tuesday she took part in sex acts with male sex workers at the music mogul’s request because it made her feel loved by him, but now regrets what she came to recognize as the “cuckold” lifestyle.
Sean “Diddy” Combs’s defense team has started cross-examination of “Jane,” the third woman to accuse him of sexual misconduct at his Manhattan federal-court sex-trafficking trial, on June 10. The cross-examination began after three days of direct testimony in which Jane described her years of alleged abuse at Diddy’s hands.
The woman, testifying under the pseudonym "Jane," has described sex encounters called "hotel nights" — which involved male sex workers and strongly resemble the alleged "Freak Offs" at the center of Combs' case — while on the witness stand.
After reading Cassie Ventura’s explosive sex trafficking lawsuit against Combs in November 2023, “Jane” told the court that the claims were eerily similar to her own experience. "I almost fainted," she said.
Testifying through tears, the woman, using the pseudonym "Jane," told jurors Combs provided her drugs and forced her to participate in "freak-offs" or "hotel nights."
